La Fondita San Juan

One night only on Tuesday, March 26, from 4 PM to 8 PM is the return of La Fondita San Juan, a mouthwatering Mexican Food Pop Up at the Brewery!


Our superstar Chef, Sarah, has been spicing things up at San Juan Brew for the past six months. Born and raised in South Seattle with her roots deeply planted in Mexico's Yucatan and Quintana Roo, she's a true gem in our kitchen.

Her culinary adventure began in her teenage years, flourishing after a return to Mexico, where she lived with her grandmother and soaked up every bit of the culture and language. After earning a Nutrition & Culinary Arts degree from Bastyr University, Sarah went on a transformative journey from Ecuador to Mexico, lending her talents in the kitchens of fine dining establishments in Mexico City, eventually making her way back to the Seattle Mexican restaurant scene.
After a 5-year hiatus from the restaurant scene, she started working at the Brewery, which has reignited her creative passion for the culinary arts.
 
And guess what? She's inspiring all of us with the launch of La Fondita San Juan, a mouthwatering Mexican Food Pop-Up at our Brewpub. It's kicking off on Tuesday, March 26th from 4 PM to 8 PM, and trust us, it's something you won't want to miss.
